Who You Are

Service Activation Coordinators at Jolera are responsible for all implementation and activation logistics across various environments globally. Our coordinators drive all activities associated with onboarding managed services for our clients, ensuring each implementation runs smoothly, to meet Jolera’s high standards for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for ‘getting things done’. Someone who is always excited about progress and customer fulfillment and enjoys their work while taking their responsibilities seriously. They have experience coordinating logistics across multiple projects in a busy managed services environment. 

What You'll Do
- Responsible for the successful outcome of assigned onboarding projects
- Plan, organize, and monitor project logistics, driving daily activities to ensure project deadlines are consistently met
Motivate and influence others to take accountability for their assigned work
- Lead high performing teams to project completion
- Prepare project materials
- Collection of information for project updates
- Take meeting minutes and distribute to participants
- Ensure stakeholders are well informed
- Perform billing tasks
- Participate in milestone forecasting
- Create and follow up on Change and Procurement requests
- Tracking hardware shipments
- Ensure internal systems are kept up to date with project status, enforcement of project time entries
- Monitor milestone requirements
- Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of IT project coordination experience with tenacity and creative flair
- A strong understanding of what drives healthy, efficient teams
-Task and results driven, strong ability to multitask, with a heightened sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in administrative procedures
- Experience managing priorities across multiple projects at the same time
- Exceptional ability to keep track of tasks, deadlines, progress
- Minimum intermediate level knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and some form of project management tool such as MS Project
- Experience working in a collaborative environment, preferably for an IT consulting firm
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions
- Position requires the incumbent to work remotely, requiring an environment that will allow for internal and client meetings at varying times of the workday
- Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines
