We are a product and project development company, working in several different areas such as Healthcare, Telecom, Motorsports and Energy, among others. Our development team is in need of a Senior infrastructure Solution Architect.
Job Role
As an Infrastructure Solution Architect you will primarily focus into the architecture and designing of infrastructure solutions based in virtualization, containers and Cloud technologies, including hybrid environments. Besides that, this role will require good communication skills to talk to the customers in order to understand the customer needs and requisites, performing assessment and building a solution tailored to fit the purpose, using architecture best practices and closing the loop with the presentation of the designed architecture solution to the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Define and develop cloud adoption strategies for the organization, aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to migrate or implement cloud services.
- Plan, implement, and manage the organization's cloud services.
- Collaborate with architecture and development teams to design and implement cloud architectures.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and resource consumption optimization.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as architecture, development, information security, and operations, to ensure an integrated and aligned approach to delivering cloud services.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, privacy regulations, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience on Azure or AWS
- Desired knowledge on VMware vSphere
- Experience on migration projects (VMware to Red Hat OpenShift) is a plus
- Excellence communication skill
- Fluency in English
- Deep understanding of Red Hat OpenShift
- Experience developing complex infrastructure design keeping in consideration the good practices related to availability, resilience and performance
- Hands-on implementation experience on Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible
