Who You Are
You are an expert in the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly with Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP), Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), and broader business applications. You have a strategic mind, thrive in complex technical environments, and have a passion for helping businesses unlock efficiency and growth through smart technology solutions.
· Has deep experience architecting and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions across Finance, Operations, Sales, and/or Customer Service.
· Understands business process optimization and how to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
· Can develop and manage end-to-end projects across the Power Platform, including automation and custom app creation.
· Enjoys collaborating cross-functionally with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to drive innovation.
