Key Responsibilities:
-Implement and manage data protection and recovery solutions
-Execute and monitor daily data protection operations
-Provide technical support to client systems
-Perform preventive and corrective system maintenance
-Configure and optimize data protection policies
-Participate in disaster recovery processes
-Create technical documentation and reports
-Collaborate with the senior team on implementation projects
-Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 support
Requirements:
-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in enterprise data protection
-Hands-on experience with Commvault (mandatory)
-Knowledge in:
-Storage systems (SAN, NAS)
-Windows Server and Linux environments
-Virtualization (VMware)
-Basic network infrastructure
-Willingness to learn and grow technically
-Availability for on-call duty
-Good communication and teamwork skills
-Fluent in Portuguese and knowledge of English
