- Cisco WLAN (controllers, APs, RF design, optimization)
- Check Point firewalls (rules, NAT, VPN, troubleshooting)
- Meraki networks (MX, MS, MR, SD-WAN, dashboard automation)
- Analyze traffic flows using packet captures, Wireshark, and firewall logs to identify issues and create/adjust firewall rules.
- Build detailed network diagrams, topology maps, runbooks, and technical documentation using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Collaborate with Senior/Lead Architects on design validation and architectural governance.
- Participate in customer workshops and planning sessions, articulating technical decisions and trade-offs.
- Provide escalation support during major incidents, critical cutovers, and high-impact projects.
- Ensure best practices, standardized configurations, and security frameworks are consistently applied.
Automation & Scripting
