Position Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnership & Alliances Manager who will be instrumental in managing, growing, and optimizing our strategic relationship with Microsoft and associated partner programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Microsoft's ecosystem, particularly around partnership models, incentives, and co-selling motions tailored for Systems Integrators, MSPs, and MSSPs.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship owner and advocate for our strategic partnership with Microsoft, ensuring alignment with both companies' goals.
- Proactively manage Microsoft partner programs, competencies, certifications, incentives, and rebates to maximize partnership value.
- Lead regular business reviews with Microsoft Partner Managers and internal stakeholders to evaluate performance, set joint goals, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to leverage Microsoft's resources and co-selling initiatives, facilitating market entry and client adoption.
- Maintain expertise in Microsoft's portfolio, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Security & Compliance solutions, and Dynamics 365, to identify and nurture strategic opportunities.
- Track and report on partnership KPIs, analyzing metrics to optimize partnership strategies and performance.
- Identify and drive opportunities for joint marketing campaigns, funding programs, and go-to-market initiatives.

Who You Are
You are an excellent communicator and relationship builder, skilled at navigating vendor ecosystems, particularly Microsoft.
- You have strategic insight combined with a pragmatic approach to managing vendor relationships and programs.
- You are results-driven, analytical, and adept at leveraging vendor resources to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Experience
- 5+ years managing strategic vendor and partner relationships, specifically Microsoft Partner Programs.
- Deep familiarity with Microsoft's incentives, licensing, and co-selling models, particularly for Systems Integrators, MSPs, and MSSPs.
- Proven track record in successfully executing joint go-to-market strategies, particularly involving Microsoft's product ecosystem.
- Experience in MSP, MSSP, or Systems Integration environments highly desirable.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified, Azure Solutions Architect) strongly preferred.
