About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team in Portugal. This role focuses on direct sales to end customers—from prospecting to managing and closing opportunities—with the goal of expanding Jolera's customer base and increasing brand presence in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, contact, and convert new business clients (SMEs and large companies)
  • Make sales calls, schedule meetings, and presentations with decision-makers
  • Understand customer challenges and propose customized IT solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, technical support) to design winning proposals
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: from the initial lead to contract signing
  • Track performance metrics and achieve (or exceed) monthly sales targets
  • Representing Jolera at events and strategic meetings, increasing brand visibility and reputation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition
 
Desired Profile
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, resilient, results-oriented profile with strong commercial spirit
  • Knowledge of the Managed Services and Cybersecurity market is valued
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory
