HelpDesk
- Knowledge of Hardware and Software;
- General knowledge of Operating Systems, Antivirus, Malware, Spyware, Active Directory;
- Familiarity with productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Adobe, etc);
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and electronically;
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English;
- Motivation to learn and enjoy working as part of a team.
IT Analyst
- General knowledge of Operating Systems, Antivirus, Malware, Spyware, Active Directory;
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English;
- General knowledge in the areas like Cybersecurity, Network management and Computer and operating systems;
- Motivation to learn and enjoy working as part of a team.
Is there a possibility of integration after the Internship?
That's the goal of Jolera's internship program! You will be integrated into a team of professionals from the beginning of the internship, and depending on your performance, we are available to hire you. We are proud to have hired 90% of our interns.
